Immigration or migration is the process of the population moving from one region or country to another. Major categories of immigration are - Economic migration and Non-Economic migration.
Economic migrants are those who travel to different places and sometimes across the country in search of enhanced development and services, also giving rise to Economic Migration.
As the name suggests, the movement from one place to another which directly affects the wealth of that particular place which increases standards of living and job opportunities is termed as Economic migration.
The majority of flow happens from developing countries to developed countries. In this, the population of working age (17-60 years) reduces in developing countries and adversely affects the place, while the pros are that those people work in developed places, earn and transfer the wealth to their home (or developing countries), and also decreases the pressure on the home country’s resources and work market. Whereas, pros to the developed country is that they get labour at low prices and increase cultural diversity.

Various countries do not allow migrants to invade their country. They allow citizens of other countries only if the migrant has a visa. Different countries have diverse rules and a variety of visas.
The reasons for migrants which make them leave their home countries are seeking higher wages, better employment opportunities, a higher standard of living, and improved educational values. Some migrants who are well educated and highly-skilled, travel for specialised jobs which their home country does not possess.
There are heavy losses and gains in all the scenarios, always think wisely for any random decision.
